whose 15 years of dedicated service have
made a lasting impact on our residents,
families, and team. She is well known for
her compassion, reliability, and
professionalism. Gissela consistently goes
above and beyond to ensure every
resident is treated with dignity, respect, and
genuine care. Thank you Gisella for your
unwavering commitment and for being a
true hero in our community!(
Maria - This monthÕs hero goes to Maria
Duran, our Activities Assistant for
bringing energy, creativity, and positivity
to every activity. She is also recognized
for outstanding teamwork, reliability, and
enthusiasm. Maria always goes above
and beyond to support the activities
department, engage with our patients to
participate and creates a positive
environment where everyone is included!(

As we begin 2026, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your continued hard work, compassion, and dedication. The care you
provide every day makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. Your commitment, teamwork, and resilience
do not go unnoticed, and they are the foundation of everything we accomplish as a facility.
This past year brought challenges, growth, and many moments of pride. Through it all, you showed professionalism, kindness, and an
unwavering dedication to excellence in care. Whether through small acts of compassion or extraordinary efforts during demanding times, you
continue to demonstrate what it truly means to serve with heart.
As we move forward into 2026, let us continue supporting one another, striving for excellence, and taking pride in the important work we do.
